Do your cats get the night crazies?

Show Results >

Story: I ask this as one cat is currently screaming in the bathroom, and the other is bouncing around various pieces of furniture.

Yes, they do...I have a month and a half year old kitten right now and at night he won't let me sleep because he's either playing with my hair, or biting my hands and legs or he will suddenly jump on me and then run off again.

My cats AND one of my dogs get the night crazies.
Their favorite thing is to hide and then jump out and scare the hell out of each other, which leads to manic chases throughout the house.

No, they usually sleep with me all night.

At about 5:30am though, they decide it's time to wake up and make sure I'm up too.

they get the crazies all the time. their schedules are a little like, sleep for an hour, wrestle for an hour, knock things over / climb things / generally cause mayhem for an hour. repeat.

they do it in shifts, and we have seven in the house.

The craziest he'll get at night is by sleeping on my back or stomach when I'm in bed.

Not night crazies, just random crazy hours throughout the day.

Only one cat I had did that. It was pretty hilarious. She'd run around kinda terrified and wouldn't want anyone near her. Even if she was taking a nap in the evening and someone passed by, she's wake up and prance like a deer to the next room.. and watch until you're gone.

My girlfriend's cats are crazy all day. If they could contain their craziness to the night I would be so happy.

Nah, he only gets the crazies during the day. At night he'll meow and lick our foreheads!
